摘 要:目的:评价CR与DR成像性能、影像特点及其临床应用并进行比较分析,为临床科学合理应用提供参考。方法:运用CR与DR数字成像基本原理、影像特点及其临床应用技术进行对比分析,评价成像性能、影像特点及其差别。结果:CR与DR成像转换方式各自不同,最终以数字方式输出、成像记录和储存,但CR和DR具有不同的特性及临床应用价值。结论:CR无需改变现有设备且费用较低、使用灵活,DR比CR具有更高空间分辨率、动态范围和DQE、SNR、MTF、更低X线照射量、更快速度,大大改善了工作流程,提高了工作效率,为临床提供更多的选择。Objective To comparatively analyze and evaluate the imaging performance, imaging characteristic and clinical application of CR and DR, and supply a reference for scientific and reasonable application. Methods The imaging performance and difference between with CR and DR are comparatively analyzed and evaluated by using principle of digital imaging, imaging characteristic and technology of clinical applications. Results CR and DR have different manners of imaging transition and exported, recorded and stored by digital signal finally, but they have different characteristic and clinical value. Conclusion By comparing CR with DR, the cost of application on CR is lower and its application is agiler; DR possesses higher spatial resolution, larger range of dynamic state, DQE, SNR, MTF, lower radiation dose, quicker imaging taking speed and improves working process, and raises working efficiency.
