摘　　要：本文分析管焊电源控制部分的多功能模块通信的全数字化控制系统。此系统通信采用全双工、异步串行通信总线RS-422,此总线传输距离远,传输精度较高,抗干扰性较强,是标准的工业级通信总线。功能模块有各自的MCU以及现代化IC的支持,数字化程度高,具有实时性强、功能完备、控制精度较高、兼容性强、扩展方便等特点。PC机控制及实时监控功能的可选择性,使得系统针对不同的使用者有不同的功能范围,适用性较强。This paper analyses the multi-function modularization digital communication system of tube-welding power. The system communication uses serial bus RS-422, which is full duplex, asynchronous and takes on the performance of far transmission distance, higher transmission precision and stronger noise immunity. Every function module has a MCU and can get modern IC support, which makes the system higher on real time and control precision, stronger about compatibility, and easy to extend. User can choose the function of PC control or real time monitoring by the different kinds of demands at last.
