摘　　要：D型打结器是将方草捆自动打成死结的装置,是方草捆捡拾压捆机上非常关键的部件。为此,对D型打结器主要零件及结构进行了描述,分析了其实现自动打结的动作过程,同时也计算了打结器3条传动路线平面自由度,为更好的使用打结器提供了理论指导,也为国内设计制造D型打结器及打结器后续试验作了前期工作。D -Twine knotter is very important part an agricultural baler, which can tie a knot automatically. The paper describes the structure of the key elements and analyses the principle of movement about the D - Twine knotter, at the same time, counting degree of freedom of the three route of movement, comments are given during using the twine knotter and preparing for design and experimentation.
