摘　　要：主要介绍了一种新型卧式玉米摘穗辊的设计方法。该装置的摘穗段设计成圆台体状,并且在圆台体的圆周表面上开设有渐变高度的凸缘,同时焊在圆台体圆周表面上的圆钢丝形成螺纹凸棱,可以使玉米收获机在摘穗过程中减少籽粒损失,不会发生摘穗对辊间隙的堵塞问题;能有效地实现在压力变化范围非常小的情况下把茎秆向上推进和掰穗的作用。实验证明,该装置在摘穗作业时不发生堵塞现象,同时增强剥皮能力。The thesis is mainly talk about a new kind of horizontal pick roller which is design for maize combine harvester, the maize pick roller sections has been designed as cylinder, in addition gradual changed flanges on surface of the cylinder and also have a round steel wire welding on it as a screw flanges, in order to reduce the losses during picking the ear of the corn, refuse the problem of blockage which aimed at pick roller, it can effective impel the stem of maize upwards and crack the corn in the situation of pressure change range very small, the experiment proved that the equipment won＇t be blockaged during the harvesting, at the same time strengthen the ability of deeorticating .
