摘 要:目的了解太原市10县区儿童麻疹、白喉、破伤风、乙肝抗体水平,为科学合理地评价预防接种工作及质量,为免疫及防治工作提供参考,并将其作为考核基层预防接种工作的标准之一。方法采用按容量比例与批质量检验抽样法进行调查,采集儿童静脉血2~3ml,采用ELISA法检测麻疹抗体、乙肝表面抗体,采用间接血凝试验测定破伤风抗体及白喉抗体。结果各县区儿童抗体水平差异有统计学意义,0~1岁与1~2岁儿童之间麻疹抗体与乙肝表面抗体差异有统计学意义,男女性别之间抗体水平差异无统计学意义,县区与城区儿童抗体水平也存在差异,且各县区抗体免疫成功率也存在差异。结论太原市2岁以下儿童白喉、破伤风和乙肝已形成较好的群体免疫屏障,麻疹抗体水平较低;但各县区又有差异,需采取必要措施,规范接种。Objective To understand the antibodies level of measles, diphtheria, tetanus, hepatitis B in children in Taiyuan, in order to provide scientific basis for outlining measures of prevention and treatment. Methods Capacity proportion and batch were used in the study. 2-3ml venous blood was taken and ELISA method was adopted to test measles antibody, Hepatitis B antibody for the children. The antibodies of diphtheria and tetanus were detected by indirect hemagglutination experiment. Results The immunization Icy(el of every counties(districts) had a significant difference. The antibodies of measles and hepatitis B between 0 - 1 year old and 0 - 2 years old were obviously different .The immunization level between boys and girls were not statistical difference. The levels between counties and districts had differences. Conclusions The higher level of immunity against diphtheria, tetanus and Hepatitis B had been established in children of Taiyuan, but the antibody protective rate to Measles still stayed at a lower level. There was differences between counties and districts of city. We suggest to strengthen the routine immunization to raise the immunization coverage rate.
