摘　　要：采用LabVIEW软件以及NIUSB6009数据采集卡等设备实现了喷气织机气流压力测试系统的数据采集和处理,研究了系统的硬件组成、工作过程以及软件设计方法,给出了系统人机界面图和框图程序.通过对喷气织机主喷嘴气流压力的测试,表明该系统运行可靠,操作方便,能满足测试精度要求.The data acquisition and processing for the airflow pressure testing system of air-jet loom are realized by the LabVIEW software and the NI USB6009 data acquisition card and some other equipment. The hardware constitute, working process and the software design method are investigated. The man-machine interfaces and the block diagram of the system are given. The results about the main nozzle airflow pressure of air-jet loom show that the system run reliably, operate easily, can meet the needs of test required precision.
