摘 要:以聚乙烯醇和海藻酸钠为包埋剂,将细菌进行包埋固定后,以吸附铜、锌和镍的能力为考察指标,从机械强度、传质性和耐酸性等方面综合考虑确定了固定化小球最佳配方。按照此最佳配方进行吸附能力验证实验,结果发现,该固定化小球对铜、锌和镍的吸附量分别达到0.9025mg/g、0.8635mg/g和0.5317mg/g,且机械强度、传质性和耐酸性都较好。In this study, two materials, namely, polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) and sodium alginate were used as entrapping agent to produce immobilized bacteria beads. The ability of adsorbing cuprum,zinc and nickel were taken as the review criterion, and comprehensively considering the aspects of the mechanical strength, penetrability and acid proof ect. , then the optimal conditions of entrapping were chosen. According to the optimal conditions of entrapping, the verification experiments were combined to carry OrL As a result, it was found that the capacity of the immobilized bacteria beads adsorbing cuprum, zinc and nickel separately attained to 0. 9025mg/g, 0. 8635mg/g and 0. 5317mg/g, and it was also observed that the mechanical strength, penetrahility and acid proof were preferable.
