摘 要:以绵羊蓝湿革为原料,对比研究了磺化复合加脂剂SYNCUROL MAX与同类产品SANDOLIX BUP的基本性能。结果表明,MAX乳化稳定性,耐酸耐铬盐、耐杨梅栲胶等性能较好,加脂后皮革物理性能如抗张强度、撕裂强度等都优于BUP,且MAX加脂后成革色浅,粒面更平细,是一种应用效果较好的加脂剂。The basic performances of SYNCUROL MAX were studied in comparison with SANDOLIX BUP when applied on sheep wet blue leather. The results showed that MAX possessed excellent emulsifying stability, good resistance to acid ,chrome salt and waxberry extract, etc. And the physical properties of MAX fatliquored leather such as tensile strength, tear strength and elongation strength were superior to that of fatliquored leather with BUP. The fatliquored leather with MAX possessed light and fine grain. So, it was shown that MAX was a perfect fatliqouring agent in leather making.
