摘 要:目的为了解和掌握信阳市氟病区自然村饮水含氟量,科学地开展地氟病防治工作与降氟改水的实施。方法以自然村为单位,按南北中或东西中三个方位共采集3处水源水样;集中式供水的自然村,每个自然村采集水源水和管网末梢水共2份水样,水样做氟化物含量测定,并对降氟改水工程使用情况进行调查。结果本次调查共调查自然村数37716个,水氟超标自然村数占0.91%,超标村总人口数为47561人;水氟?1.0(mg/L)的合格水样达99.09%;降氟改水工程正常使用率为79.91%。结论饮水含氟量超标现象在7个县(区)345个自然村均有存在;降氟改水工程达不到全部正常使用。Objective To master the amount of fluoride in drinking water in natural village of XinYang associated endemic fluorosis so that prevention and defiuoridation projects can be conducted scientifically. Methods Three water sampies were collected from the south / north and middle or the east / west and middle in every natural village; two water samples for collecting water supply systems were collected from the original water and the end of water pipe, the fluoride concentration determination and the conditions of defluoridation project were checked. Results Totally 37716 natural villages were surveyed, the over proof rate was 0. 91%, involving 47561 people; the qualified water (fluoride concentration within 1.0mg/L) counted for 99.09% ; the rate of normal usage of defluoridation projects was 79. 91% . Conclusion The phenomenon of over proof fluoride concentration in drinking water took place in 345 natural villages, 7counties ; not all defluoride projects worked normally.
