摘 要:目的了解河南省高砷水源的分布状况,为下一步改水降砷减轻饮用高砷水对人体危害提供科学依据。方法根据高砷水源形成规律,在全省可疑地区选择调查点进行饮水砷含量测定,测定方法采用原子荧光光度法。结果水砷浓度≥0.05mg/L的样品22份,占总样品数0.54%(22/4060),分布在8个自然村,占总调查村数4.62%(8/173),高砷水暴露人口数为6400人。结论河南省兰考县和滑县存在饮水砷含量超标自然村,超标严重,暴露人口较多,应尽快纳入农村改水范围进行改水,防治饮水型砷中毒病区形成。Objective To explore the distr/bution of high - arsenic water in Henan Province in order to provide basis for the control of arsenism. Methods To detect the arsenic concentration in drink water in the focal areas in henan using quantitative atomic fluorescent specmetry , according to the distributive pattern of drink water type endemic arsenic poisoning. Results The contents of arsenic of 22 water samples in 8 villages exceeded 0. 05 mg/L , accounting for 0. 54% (22/4060) . A crowed of 6400 exposed to high arsenic water. Conclusion Arsenic in drink water in Lankan County and Huaxian County in Henan Province is higher than the standard, to which a large number of people are exposed, water - improving and dearsenism must be carried out as soon as possible , reduce harm of high arsenic.
