摘　　要：专利文献是实行专利制度的国家及国际性专利组织在审批专利过程中产生的官方文件及其出版物的总称,它已经成为推动科技、经济、文化和社会进步的重要资源。作为专利文献重要收藏地的图书馆应结合自身优势,开展全方位,多层次的专利文献服务,以充分发挥其社会服务的功能。The patent documents are the official documents and publications made by the countries with patent systerns and the international patent organizations when examining and approving patent. They already have become the impetus to science and technology, the economy, culture and the social progress. As the important collecting place of patent documents,libraries should provide omni and multi-level patent document service, in order to develop their social service function fully.
