老年下呼吸道感染患者外周血细胞免疫表型分析

摘　　要：目的:了解老年人下呼吸道感染时机体细胞免疫状态,为合理有效的干预提供一定的参考。方法:采用流式细胞仪检测老年下呼吸道感染患者及健康老年组外周血淋巴细胞免疫表型(CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8比值,CD16,CD19),观察老年人下呼吸道感染时机体细胞免疫功能变化。结果:老年健康组CD3、CD4较对照组降低,CD4/CD8比值降低。老年感染组CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8比值、CD19较对照组及老年健康组均降低,CD8水平升高,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:老年人下呼吸道感染的发生、发展与机体的细胞免疫功能紊乱有关。对细胞免疫功能的监测,可作为评估老年个体免疫状态及对老年人下呼吸感染的预防、治疗以及合理有效干预的参考。Objective： To collect information of the cellular immunity of aged patients with lower respiratory infection, and so as to provide reference for reasonable and effective intervention of the disease. Methods： The contents of lymphocytes CD3, CD4, CDS, CD4/CD8, CD16, CD19 in peripheral blood of aged patients with lower respiratory tract infection （group LRI） and healthy old people （group HOP） were detected with flow cytometry. Results： The levels of CD3, CD4, and CD4/CD8 in the group HOP were lower than those of young control group （YCG）. The levels of CD3, CD4, CD4/ CDS, and CD19 in group LRI were lower than those of groups YCG and HOP. The level of CD8 was higher in group LRI than that in YCG. The difference was significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions： The occurrence and the progress of lower respiratory tract infection in aged people are related to disorder of cellular immunity. Monitoring on the changes of immunological function is helpful to the evaluation of individual immunity condition of aged people, and can provide reference to the prevention, treatment and effective intervention of the disease.
