摘　　要：汽车刹车盘作为汽车重要的保安零件,不允许出现缩松缺陷,刹车盘风道的宽度尺寸设计偏小是铸件产生缩松缺陷的主要原因。运用均衡凝固技术,在铸件的补缩通道上局部增加补贴,可以解决缩松问题,但给机械加工带来麻烦。建议汽车制造商合理增大风道宽度的设计尺寸,是解决问题的最好办法。As the most important security part, auto break disc should not have any shrinkage defects. The main cause of shrinkage defects is due to the narrow width dimensions of the wind channel for break disc. The dispersed shrinkage can be eliminated by adding a pad on the feeding channel using proportional solidification technology, but gives rise to machining trouble. It is suggested that the designed width of the wind channel be increased reasonably.
