摘  要:利用高锰钢铸件铸造余热对破碎机中耐磨件进行水韧处理,根据零件尺寸和形状分类进行工艺试验,检测组织和性能,优化水韧处理工艺。结果表明,运用优化的铸态余热水韧处理工艺,生产的高锰钢铸件质量稳定,完全满足使用性能要求;同时解决了直接水韧处理入水的温度难控制、质量不稳定的问题,具有显著的经济效益。The wear resistant parts in the crusher were water toughening treated utilizing the residual heat of high manganese steel castings according to the their dimensions and shapes of parts. The microstructure and mechanical properties of parts were analyzed and tested, and water toughening treatment process was optimized. The results show that the quality of high manganese steel casting produced by the optimized water toughening treatment process is stable, which can meet the the requirements of specification. Meanwhile, The problems, such as the difficult control of water temperature for the water toughening treatment and instable quality, Can be solved as well, thus has a significant economical benefits.
