摘 要:研究钢制汽车零部件表面电弧喷涂铝涂层的工艺、显微组织及性能。结果表明:采用优化后的电弧喷涂工艺可以获得致密的铝涂层,孔隙率约为火焰喷涂的1/20。涂层的可变形性良好,即使伸长率达15%时,涂层也无剥落。涂层与基体结合良好,结合力可达36.4 MPa。盐雾试验表明该涂层具有良好的抗腐蚀性能。并且该工艺能耗低,效率高,具有良好的应用前景。The process, microstructures and properties of the arc spraying aluminum coating on the surface of automobile steel parts were investigated. The results show that a dense aluminum coating can be obtained by the optimum arc spraying process. The porosity of coating fabricated by arc spraying is about 95% lower than by flame spraying. The aluminum coating prepared has good deformation. NO flake-off is observed even if the elongation reaches 15 %. The coating has a good bonding with substrate, and the binding force can reach 36.4 MPa. The result of neutral salt spray test shows that the coating has good corrosion resistance. In addition, the process of the arc spraying has low energy consumption and high efficiency, thus has a potential application.
