一侧肺不透明的临床和X线表现探讨(附30例分析)

摘　　要：目的评价一侧肺不透明的临床和X线表现,进一步提高其诊断水平。方法对30例经临床和病理证实为一侧肺不透明的X线表现作回顾性分析。结果一侧肺不透明可由多种病变引起,有些X线表现具有特征性,有些要靠肋间隙、纵隔器官、横膈的位置变动等间接征象和食管造影等方法判断。结论一侧肺不透明是放射科医生常遇到的X线表现,只有仔细分析其直接征象与间接征象,并密切结合临床才能作出正确诊断。Objective To assess the clinic manifestaions and radiologic findings of unilateral lung opacity （ULO）and to elevate the diagnostic level. Methods Thirty patients with clinieally and pathologically proved ULOs underwent roentgenographic examinations of the chest and then all patients whose radiologic findings were analyzed retrospectively. Results The study demonstrated that the lesions of ULOs were arised from different primary diseases.Most primary diseases were easy diagnosed by direct radiologic signs but some primary diseases without characteristic radiologic findings were could only identified by mediate signs such as the changes of intercostal distance, displacement of mediastinal organs and diaphragmas. Conclusion ULO is a radiologie sign that radiologists frequently encounter, while the definite diagnosis of the primary disease depends on careful analysis of direct-and mediate radiologie signs as well as close combination with clinie data.
