纤维性骨皮质缺损的影像学诊断

摘　　要：目的分析纤维性骨皮质缺损(FOCD)的X线、CT及MRI表现及其诊断价值。方法回顾分析11例纤维性骨皮质缺损的X线、CT及MRI表现,全部经穿刺活检或手术病理证实。结果纤维性骨皮质缺损发生在股骨4例,胫骨3例,肱骨及腓骨各2例。在X线平片上FOCD病灶表现为三角形或碟形骨质破坏边缘有硬化,CT表现为半圆或三角形骨缺损,内含软组织密度,MRIT1WI上呈低信号,T2WI上呈稍低或低信号。结论X线、CT和MRI可显示纤维性骨皮质缺损的影像特征,并具有较高的诊断价值。Objective To analze X-ray,CT and MRI finding of fibrous osseo-cortical defect（FOCD）,and to evaluate their diagnositc value. Methods X-ray, CT and MRI finding of 11 patients with clinically and pathologically proved FOCD were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 11 cases,4 cases whose FOCD lesions were present in femur,3 in tibia,2 in fibura,and 2 in humerus.On plain radiography, FOCD lesions appeared as semicular or triagular bony destruction with sclerosing margin.On CT images,FOCD lesion appeared also semicircular or triagular bony destruction which contained soft tissue denstiy.On MR images,FOCD lesions were hypodense on T1WI and slightly low or low signal on T2WI.Cuncusion X-ray,CT and MRI can reveal the imaging features of FOCD lesions,thus have high diagnostic value.
