摘  要:目的研究复方斑蝥注射液(Compound Cantharis Injection,CCI)的抗肿瘤作用,并观察CCI对小鼠H22肿瘤细胞Fas蛋白表达的影响。方法(1)通过小鼠腋皮下接种H22肿瘤细胞,观察CCI对H22小鼠的抑瘤作用。(2)用免疫组织化学的方法检测该药对小鼠H22肿瘤细胞Fas蛋白表达的影响。结果(1)实验证实,与模型组比较,CCI有显著的抑制小鼠H22实体瘤的作用(p<0.05),该药高剂量对小鼠H22抑制率为34.83%。(2)免疫组织化学结果显示,与模型组比较,CCI能上调Fas蛋白表达(p<0.05)。结论CCI可能通过上调Fas蛋白表达,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡而抑制H22肿瘤细胞的生长。Objective To investigate antitumor effect of compound traditional Chinese of cantharis injection (CCI), and to observe the protein expression of Fas in H22 tumor cells by treatment of CCI. Methods ( 1 ) By inoculating subcutaneously with the tumor cells of H22, then the inhibitory rate of CCI on H22 in vivo was observed. (2) By immunohistoehemistry staining the Fas protein expression in H22 tumor cells was detected. Results (1)CCI could obviously inhibit the growth of H22 in vivo(p 〈 0.05). The experiment found out that the rates of tumor inhibition of the big dosage against H22 in vivo all was 34.83%. (2)CCI could obviously increase the Fas protein expression in H22 tumor cells (p 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusions ( 1 ) CCI can obviously inhibit the growth of H22 in vivo. (2) CCI can inhibit the growth of H22 in vivo by obviously increasing the Fas protein expression in H22 tumor cells.
