摘 要:介绍了脱钙剂CC827494在北京燕山分公司Ⅲ套常减压电脱盐装置上的工业试验情况。考察了该脱钙剂注入量对原油脱钙率、常压塔底油和减压塔底渣油中钙含量、电脱盐电流、电脱盐排水中钙含量、电脱盐排水水质以及设备腐蚀的影响。结果表明,脱钙剂注入质量分数为40μg/g时,原油中的钙质量分数由10.27μg/g降至4.10μg/g以下,脱钙率达60%以上,脱钙效果明显;使用脱钙剂CC827494后,可以为下游装置提供优质原料,同时有利于电脱盐的平稳操作,节能效果明显。The commercial experiment of CC827494 decalcification agent was performed in the electric desalter of No. 3 atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit of SINOPEC Beijing Yanshan Company to investigate the impact of mass dosage of decalcification agent on calcium removal rate, the calcium in AR and VR, the changes of calcium in brine water after injection of decalcification agent, brine water quality and the corrosion of equipment and piping. The results showed that, when the decalcification agent was added at a dasage of 40 μg/g, the mass content of calcium in crude oil was reduced to less than 4.10 μg/g from 10.27 μg/g. The calcium removal rate was over 60%. High-quality feedstocks can be provided to the downstream units after application of CC827494 decalcification agent. It is also beneficial to the stable operation of electric desalting and energy saving.
