摘　　要：在社会经济环境变化迅速的时代,愿景管理已成为维持组织发展,促进组织变革,帮助组织获得成功的关键因素。以在社会化改革进程中的高校后勤实体为例,研究高校后勤在以管理服务为主的事业型单位向以经营服务为主的企业型转变和发展过程中愿景管理的现状和重要价值,以及高校后勤如何引入愿景管理。In the rapid change era of social and economic environment, vision management already becomes the key factor for keeping organize developing, promoting organize transform and help organize get ahead. Taking the case of the college logistics entity enterprise in the reform of college logistical socialization as an example, the article reached on the vision management actuality and value of college logistics entity in the course of facilities from giving priority to management service to corporation service, and it discuss how to import the vision management for the college logistics entity enterprise.
