摘 要:探索半胱胺(Cysteamine,CS)对小鼠抗氧化能力的影响,按50mg/kg和100mg/kg体重半胱胺盐的配比浓度灌服小鼠,采用试剂盒分别检测血浆、肝脏和大脑中超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶水平。结果显示:SOD水平在三种组织器官中,均出现明显升高,而谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶只在血浆中含量发生了明显的上升变化,肝脏和大脑中无影响;至于丙二醛这种脂质过氧化的产物,在三种组织器官中均呈现相似的变化规律,其含量显著性降低。以上结果表明:CS能改善小鼠抗氧化指标水平,增强机体的抗氧化能力。To investigate the effects of cysteamine on antioxidant ability of mice,mice were orally administrated with 50 mg/kg body weight cysteamine hydrochloride and 100 mg/kg body weight cysteamine hydrochloride respectively.Kits were used to detect the level of MDA and activities of SOD and GSH-Px in plasma,liver and brain from mice.Results showed that CS increased significantly levels of SOD in three tissues or organs,upregulated obviously activity of GSH-Px in plasma but did not modify activity of GSH-Px in liver and brain.In addition,concentrations of MDA were decreased significantly in all tissues and organs by CS.These data implied that CS could improve antioxidant parameters and enhance antioxidant ability in mice.
