摘 要:建立了再生喷射燃烧过程的多功能实验装置和瞬态参数测量系统。针对点火器参数对点火特性的影响规律进行了大量的实验研究,导出了点火器参数与点火特性之间的实用定量关系曲线。在此基础上,进行了相应的再生喷射燃烧过程实验,取得了较好地实验结果。研究表明:通过控制点火器参数以获得与再生喷射燃烧过程的匹配要求相适应的点火特性,对获得性能良好的燃烧过程具有重要意义。A high speed data acquiring system and a 37mm test fixture,which is of multifunctional and can be used as a closed explosive device,semi closed explosive device or regenerative injection and combustion mechanism,are set up in our laboratory.A large number of experiments on ignition characteristics and experiments on its effects on regenerative spray combustion process are conducted .Based on the analyses of the experimental data,two quantitative curves that relate the igniter parameters to the ignition characteristics are derived.By using these relations,a better performance of the regenerative spray combustion process is obtained.The results of this paper also show that in order to improve regenerative spray combustion process,it is very important to make the ignition characteristics be suitable for the requirements of the combustion process by controlling the igniter parameters.
