摘　　要：本文分析了当前农业科技文献信息服务现状及存在问题,针对存在问题提出采用开放式文档先导OAI(Open Archive Initiate)技术构建文献公共服务平台的方法,从而以该平台推出一套基于开放式访问的农业科技文献创新服务模式,并对农业科技文献公共服务平台的作用进行了阐述,也为推动我省从农业信息化转向信息增值服务进行有益的探索。The paper analyzes the current status and problems in information services of agricultural scientific literature, and puts forward a way to construct the literature public service platform using the technique of OAI （Open Archive Initiate）. Furthermore, we provide a innovative service model of agricultural scientific literature, which is based on Open Access, and we expound the funtion of this public service platform of agricultural scientific literature.These will be effective in promoting the exploration of transformation from agriculture informatization to information value-added services.
