摘　　要：本文分析和探讨了高校图书馆的查新服务和文献信息服务功能,提出了高校图书馆的查新服务工作要为查新用户提供充分完备的文献信息,要努力实践对查新课题分类处理、倡导用户参与、增加用户共识等提升服务质量的措施以应对新时期查新服务的新特点。Under the new environment of conveniently Internet facilities, skillful users with high information literacy abilities and plenty of electronic information resources, there are some new characters of Science and Technology Novelty Search Services which are high quantity, broad subject distribution, heavy tasks in limited time. The countermeasures have been proposed based on academic libraries＇ information services, especially Science and Technology Novelty Search Services. Some measures have been practiced during working procedure, such as inviting users to participate in infromation retrieving, analyzing and reports writing so as for users to admit, accept and appreciate the services.
