中医药治疗青春期功血临床疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:系统评价中医药治疗青春期功血的疗效。方法:检索中医药治疗青春期功血的随机对照试验并进行Meta分析。结果:14篇文献符合纳入标准,Meta分析结果显示中医药能显著治疗青春期功血,中医治疗组总优势比OR=3.27,95%置信区间(CL)为(2.34-4.57)。两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.00001);"漏斗图"图形显示存在发表性偏倚。结论:资料表明中医药治疗青春期功血临床疗效显著。Objective： To systematic review the effect of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM ）treatment of puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding（PDUB）. Methods： Searching randomized controlled trials of TCM treatment of PDUB, and anlysising of Meta. Results： 15 documents into line with the standards, Meta-analysis showed that TCM can be significant in the treatment of PDUB, the total odds ratio（OR） = 3.27,95% .CL was（2.34 to 4.57）. The difference had statistical significance between two groups（P〈0.00001）; ＂funnel plot＂ graphics publication bias existed. Conclusion： The data showed that the clinical efficacy of TCM treatment of PDUB is significant.
