摘 要:以甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(MVQ)为基体,分别研究了锶铁氧体和羰基铁粉两种磁性填料不同用量对吸波橡胶的吸波性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着填料用量增加,铁氧体和羰基铁吸波橡胶的反射率表现出相同的变化趋势,即吸波峰向低频移动,且力学性能都逐渐下降。铁氧体具有吸波强度高(其最高吸收峰〉-30dB)、吸收频带宽(反射率〈-10dB的带宽高达9GHz)的特点,适用于高频雷达波X,Ku-波段(8~12GHz)的吸收;而羰基铁的吸波强度相对较小(最高吸收峰只能达到-16dB),吸收频带也较窄(其反射率〈-10dB的带宽都小于4GHz),比较适合低频吸收S,C-波段(2~8GHz)。Effects of various contents of magnetic fillers such as Sr-ferrite and carbonyl-iron(CI) on the absorbing characteristics and mechanical properties of MVQ were studied respectively. The results showed that ferrite and CI had the same trend that their reflectivity moved to lower frequencies and mechanical properties decreased with the increase of fillers loading; By comparison, ferrite absorbing rubber had the quality of wide-band and highly absorbing capacity which was suitable for higher frequencies such as X, Ku-band(8-12GHz), while CI absorbing rubber had narrow-band at lower frequencies such as S,C-band(2-8GHz).
