积雪草总皂苷闪式提取(STE)工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:研究和优选积雪草中活性成分积雪草总皂苷的提取和纯化工艺。方法:以积雪草总皂苷的含量为测定指标,采用分光光度法测定和比较不同的提取和纯化方法所得积雪草总皂苷的含量。结果:以积雪草总皂苷含量为考察指标,优选出积雪草最佳提取工艺为75%乙醇,闪式提取法提取3次,每次5min。结论:闪式提取法得到的总皂苷的含量最高。Objective： To study and optimize the extraction and purification method of total saponins in Centella asiatica. Methods： Determine the content of total saponins in Centella asiatica by UV. Results： The optimum extraction conditions were as follows： 10 fold 75% EtOH, 3 times, 5 min each time. Conclution： The content of total saponins in Centella asiatica was the highest by smashing tissue extraction.
