2006～2007年滨州市流行性腮腺炎流行病学分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解滨州市流行性腮腺炎（流腮）的流行病学特征,为预防控制流腮提供依据。[方法]采用描述性流行病学分析方法对滨州市2006～2007流腮发病情况进行分析。[结果]滨州市2006～2007年合计报告流腮353例,年均发病率为4.74/10万。不同年份间发病率的差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。病例分布于7县（区）,不同县（区）间发病率的差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。发病以散发为主（占87.82%）。1月、12月和5～7月发病200例,占病例总数的56.56% 1～15岁发病312例,占88.38% 男女性别比为2.18 学生、散居儿童分别占62.04%、17.84% 353例病例中有免疫史者67例,占18.98% 不详者200例,占56.65%。[结论]滨州市近两年流腮发病有上升趋势。应采取以接种疫苗为主的综合性预防措施控制流腮的发病和流行。[Objective]To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of mumps in Binzhou city During 2006/2007, and provide scientific basis for prevention and control of the disease. [Methods]The epidemic of mumps in Binzhou city from 2006 to 2007 was analyzed with descriptive epidemiological analysis method. [Results]Total of 353 cases of mumps were reported in Binzhou city from 2006 to 2007 and the annual average incidence was 4.74/100 000. There was difference in the incidence in different years（ P d0.05）. All the counties in Binzhou city had Mumps cases. There was difference in the incidence in different counties（ P 〈0.05）. The epidemic of the disease was sporadic（87.82%）. There are 200 cases in Jan- uary. December and from May to July, which accounted for 65%. 312 cases are ehildren aged from 1 - 15 years old （88.38 %） ; The ratio of male to female was 2.18. Students,spare lived children accounted for 62.04o/00, and 17.84%o re- spectively. Of the 353 cases, 67 （18. 980/00） had immune history. The immune history was unknown among 200 cases （56.65 %）. [Conclusion]The epidemic of Mumps was going up in recent years. A comprehensive prevention method mainly including vaccination should be taken to control the outbreak and prevalence of Mumps.
