制约陕西农民增收的主要因素及其对策

摘　　要：受自然条件、经济条件、社会条件和政策环境等方面因素的制约,陕西农民收入长期增长缓慢,结构优化步伐慢于全国进程。通过加大资金、科技、信息、组织等要素投入力度,加快土地有序流转,推动农业产业化、规模化、市场化、现代化,才能有效破解陕西农民收入增长缓慢困局。There are many factors which restrict the speed of farmers＇income, such as natural conditions, economic conditions, social conditions and policy environment,as well as slow down the pace of structural optimization in the process of the country. It is an effetive way to increase funding, science and technology, information, organizational elements . In order to effectively promote the rapid growth of the income of the farmers in our province, the route is to orderly transfer land to promote the industrialization of agriculture, the size of the market and modernization.
