摘　　要：为了使汽车排放得到有效控制，通过对检测中存在问题的分析，建立了一种技术监管信息化管理系统。该系统可提高检测的透明度，为汽车排气污染物检测的公开、公正、公平提供可靠的技术保证。In order to efficiently, control vehicle emission ,the information management system of technical supervision is established by analyzing existing problems in the test for vehicle emission pollution. It can improve transparency of test and provide technical guarantee for open, fair and just test.
