摘 要:结合和平大桥工程实例,开展了施工单位拟定的拱架加载程序变形与应力计算。针对加载程序中拱架出现的"W"型变形和应力不均匀等问题,提出了有支架施工加载程序优化的一般原则和在加载过程中拱顶临时压重的方法,在此基础上对原有拱架加载程序进行了优化。分析结果表明,优化后的加载程序使拱架变形和应力趋于合理,达到了加载程序优化设计的目的。Taking Heping Bridge engineering as an example, the deformation of arch scaffolding loading procedure and stress calculation of drafted by construction units are carried out. Aiming at the problem of "W" deformation and inhomogeneous stress of the arch scaffolding, some general principles of optimizing trestle construction loading procedure are put forward and the method of temporary pre-loading near arch crown in the process of loading has been carried out. Then, the crude loading procedure is optimized by finite element program. The result indicates that the optimized procedure of construction loading makes the arch scaffolding deformation and stress become reasonable. Therefore, the goal of optimizing the loading procedure is realized.
