实时可靠的检察院审讯监录系统

摘　　要：根据最高人民检察院对审讯全程进行同步监控录像的要求,研发检察院审讯监录系统。该系统采用基于3层C/S与B/S的混合体系架构,利用视频服务器、基于COM的DLL组件和ActiveX控件、伪实时机制,解决审讯同步录音录像、Web实时监控和双DVD同步实时刻录等关键问题。采用硬加密与基于角色的权限访问控制等安全机制保障系统可靠性。According to the requirements of supreme people＇s procuratorate for synchro audio-video supervise and record for whole process of trial, this paper researches and designs an andio-video supervise and record system for trial in procuratorate. This system uses the combination structure based on three level C/S and B/S, and realizes the key problems such as the synchronized audio and video record, the simultaneous burn of double DVD, the real-time supervising and control on Web during the trial process by the technologies of video-server, DLL component and ActiveX control based on COM, virtual real-time mechanism. It ensures the system＇s security with the safety strategies including hardware-encryption and the role based access control.
