经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗复杂性肾结石临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:评价在X-RaY引导下经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗复杂性肾结石的临床效果.方法:分析2002-12/2007-12我院治疗复杂性肾结石89例,观察组经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石治疗41例,对照组体外冲击波治疗48例,比较两组治疗疗效.结果:观察组与对照组相比,一次性碎石成功率及术后3mo结石清除率明显升高(87.80%vs41.67%,75.61%vs35.42%,P<0.01).结论:在X-RaY引导下经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石清术治疗肾结石手术成功率高,残石者较低,且安全、创伤小,具有临床应用价值.AIM： To investigate the clinical efficacy of pneumatic lithotripsy through percutaneous nephroscope under the guidance of X-RaY for the treatment of complicated renal calculi. METHODS： Eight-nine cases of complicated upper ureteral calculi were treated in this hospital from December 2002 to December 2007, including 41 cases of percutaneous renal puncture,and 48 cases of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy. RESULTS： Compared with the control group, the stone fragmentation rate for one time （87. 80% vs 41. 67% ） and calculus clearance rate in 3 months postoperatively （75.61% vs 35.42% ） were significantly increased in study group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. CONCLUSION： Pneumatic lithotripsy through percutaneous nephroscope under the guidance of X-RaY is a safe technique with less injury, less residual stones and high success rate, which plays an important role in the clinical practice.
