摘 要:目的建立火焰原子吸收光谱法测定矿物药代赭石和红矿中微量元素钙、铜、锌、锰、镍、铬、铅的含量,根据微量元素含量的不同鉴定代赭石和红矿。方法采用硫磷混酸微波消解分解样品,在最佳仪器工作条件下用火焰原子吸收法快速测定了各元素的含量,并检测样品中微量元素精密度及回收率。结果火焰原子吸收法精密度为0.166%~1.25%,回收率为92.6%~99.2%,精密度好,回收率高。由实验数据可知矿物药代赭石生品和红矿生品中微量元素钙、铜、铬在含量上的差异大于锌、锰、镍、铅,具有显著的差异。结论火焰原子吸收法可以用于矿物药微量元素的测定;代赭石和红矿中微量元素钙、铜、铬有显著的差异,可以用于鉴别代赭石与红矿。Objective To establish a method determining the content of trace elements calcium, copper, zinc, manganese, nickel, chromium, lead in mineral medicine haematitum and red ore by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) to distinguish haematitum from red ore by the content of trace elements. Methods The contents of trace element were determined under best instrumentation condition quickly by FAAS, sample was prepared by microwave resolution and mixture acids. Precision and recovery of FAAS was measured. Results Precision and recovery of FAAS was 0. 166% - 1. 25 % and 92.6% -99.2%, respectively. The content of trace elements calcium, copper, chromium in haematitum is dif- ferent from the content of trace elements in red ore lives. Conclusion 1. The content of trace dements in mineral medicine haematitum were able to be measured by FAAS; 2. The content of trace elements calcium, copper, chromium in haemati- turn is different from the content of trace elements in red ore. The FAAS method can identify mineral medicine haematitum and red ore.
