摘  要:在60 kg热模拟装置上探讨顶底吹工艺和渣—钢成分变化对低氧、低磷钢冶炼的影响,同时,推导了钢中碳、磷反应的转化温度,研究底吹惰性气体流量与脱磷、降低渣中含铁和钢中溶解氧含量的冶金关系。The effects of top and bottom blown process and changes in the slagsteel compositions on low-oxygen and low-phosphorus steels smelting have been investigated in a 60 kg thermal simulation device, and in the meantime, the conversion'temperatures of carbon and phosphorus reaction in molten steel have been deduced, and the metallurgical relationships between the bottom inert gases flow rate and dephosphorization and reduction of iron in slag and the dissolved oxygen in molten steel also researched.
