摘  要:为了研究聚氨酯硬泡材料的应力—应变关系及泊松比,在室温条件下对聚氨酯硬泡材料进行了轴向压缩试验.结果表明:聚氨酯硬泡材料在抗压的整个过程中,都没有出现开裂现象,表明聚氨酯硬泡材料在抗压方面具有明显的延性性能.基于其应力—应变关系曲线,对其本构关系进行了拟合分析,从而得出聚氨酯硬泡材料强度极限为179.56 kPa,弹性模量为39.4 MPa.由纵横向应变,求得其泊松比为0.42.In order to investigating the stress-strain relationship and Poisson's ratio of the Polyurethane Foam material, Axial compression tests of the Polyurethane Foam material were conducted at room temperature. The result shows:the Polyurethane Foam material in the whole process of the compression, there are not cracking phenomenon that the Polyurethane Foam material has obvious ductility properties in the compression. Based on it's stress-strain relationship curves ,its constitutive relation to the fitting analysis to obtain ultimate strength of the Polyurethane Foam material 179.56 kPa,elastic modulus 39.4 MPa. According to the vertical and horizontal strain to get its Poisson's ratio 0. 42.
