杜香口服液对小鼠的抗醉及解酒作用

摘　　要：[目的]观察杜香口服液的抗醉及解酒作用.[方法]采用最大耐受量、抗醉及解酒实验,观察杜香口服液的抗醉及解酒作用.[结果]杜香口服液可明显延长给酒小鼠醉睡耐受时间,缩短醉睡时间,与模型组比较,具有显著性差异.[结论]杜香口服液具有预防醉酒及促进醒酒的作用.OBJECTIVE To observe the role of anti-inebriation of the oral solution of Ledurn Palustre L. var. dilatatum Wahl in mice. METHODS Anti-inebriation of the oral solution of Ledum Palustre L. vat. dilatatum Wahl was observed by means of alcohol tolerating experiment and alcohol resistance experiment. RESULTS Compared with the control group, the oral solution of Ledum Palustre L. vat. dilatatum Wahl extended significantly the drunken sleeping resistance time and shortened the drunken sleeping time of mice. CONCLUSION The oral solution of Ledurn Palustre L. vat. dilatatum Wahl has the role of anti-inebriation and alleviate a hangover.
