朝鲜族和汉族人群不同类型糖代谢异常的分布特点

摘　　要：[目的]分析朝鲜族和汉族人群不同类型糖代谢异常的分布特点.[方法]2005年8月至2006年8月间在延边朝鲜族自治州安图县采用简单随机抽取的方法抽取30岁以上的朝鲜族和汉族常住居民3 156名进行调查.在现场抽取全部受检者清晨空腹12 h以上静脉血,使用全自动生物化学分析仪测定血糖(FBG).[结果]汉族人群的轻度空腹血糖受损(IFG_1,FBG值在5.6～6.0 mmol/L)年龄调整标准化患病率高于朝鲜族,差异有统计学意义.朝鲜族人群的中度空腹血糖受损(IFG_2,FBG值在6.1～6.9 mmol/L)年龄调整标准化患病率高于汉族,差异有统计学意义.朝鲜族男性糖尿病(FBG≥7.0 mmol/L)年龄调整标准化患病率明显高于汉族男性.朝鲜族及汉族男女的IFG_1,IFG_2患病率均随年龄增长而升高,朝鲜族及汉族男性和朝鲜族女性的糖尿病患病率随年龄增长而升高,并有统计学意义. [结论]本地区一般人群的糖代谢异常的患病水平较高,患病水平随年龄增长而升高.OBJECTIVE To study the distributive characteristics of gtycometabolism abnormality subcategories in the Korean-Chinese and Han nationality. METHODS Using a simple random sampling method, 3 156 permanent residents aged more than 30 years were carried out an investigation from August 2005 to August 2006, and the fasting blood glucose （FBG） was measured in the fasting vein blood （fasting over 12 h） taken in early morning by the holo-automatic biochemical analyzing equipment. RESULTS The age-adjusted prevalence of impaired fasting glucose-1 （IFG-1, FBG=5.6-6.0 mmol/L） was significantly higher in the Han nationality than in the Korean-Chinese, and one of impaired fasting glucose-2 （IFG-2, FBG=6.1-6.9 mmol/L） was significantly higher in the Korean-Chinese than in the Han nationality, and the difference was statistically significant. The age-adjusted prevalence of diabetes mellitus （FBG≥7.0 mmol/L） was significantly higher in the men of Korean-Chinese than in the men of Han nationality. The prevalence of impaired glycometabolism subcategories increased along with the aging. CONCLUSION The prevalence of impaired glycometabolism in the general population is relatively high in the Yanbian area, and increases along with the aging.
