变应性鼻炎与慢性单纯性鼻炎鼻黏膜成纤维细胞中组胺受体蛋白的表达

摘　　要：[目的]观察鼻黏膜成纤维细胞中是否存在组胺受体蛋白的表达,并比较在变应性鼻炎与慢性单纯性鼻炎鼻黏膜成纤维细胞中的表达程度.[方法]用流式细胞仪在TNF-α,IL-1β刺激下比较变应性鼻炎组与慢性单纯性鼻炎组鼻黏膜成纤维细胞组胺受体蛋白的表达.[结果]可见少量的组胺受体蛋白表达,变应性鼻炎组与慢性单纯性鼻炎组鼻黏膜成纤维细胞组胺受体蛋白表达量间无显著性差异. [结论]在TNF-α,IL-1β刺激下变应性鼻炎鼻黏膜成纤维细胞组胺受体蛋白的表达量稍低于慢性单纯性鼻炎.OBJECTIVE To investigate whether or not expression of histamine receptor protein （HRP） in fibroblasts of nasal mucosa, and then to compare the difference of expression between allergic and chronic simple rhinitis. METHODS Using flow cytometry, the exprssion of HRP under the stimulation with TNF-α and IL-1β in fibroblasts of nasal mucosa was compared between allergic rhinitis and chronic simple rhinitis groups. RESULTS A little of HRP was expressed in fibroblasts of nasal mucosa, and expression of HRP was not significantly different between allergic rhinitis and chronic simple rhinitis groups. CONCLUSION Under the stimulation with TNF-α and IL-1β, the expression of HRP in the nasal fibroblasts is slightly lower in allergic rhinitis than in chronic simple rhinitis.
