摘　　要：基于最简方案的理论框架,根据Laudau分裂T的理论可提出TP假设,将小句看作以功能中心语照应T为中心的最大投射,这样可对英汉内嵌小句作句法生成分析,并以此检验最简方案的解释力和概括性。Within the framework of Minimalist Program, this paper deals with the derivational process of English and Chinese embedded small clauses. After a brief description and an analysis of the deficiencies of the previous research on Small Clauses, this paper puts forward TP hypothesis based on Laudau＇s Split- T Theory. Considering Small Clauses as the maximal projection of the functional head anaphoric T, this paper proposes a detailed derivational process for embedded Small Clauses in Chinese and English, with an attempt to prove the explanation power and generalization of Minimalist Program.
