摘 要:在研究了振动频率、运动幅值、涡流板厚度对电磁阻尼器性能影响的基础上,制做了多层磁盒与多层涡流板相间叠合而成的电磁阻尼器并进行了试验研究,即增大涡流板与磁盒接触工作面积对电磁阻尼器性能影响及能否提供较大阻尼力研究,结果表明:增大涡流板与磁盒接触面积阻尼力增大明显,说明电磁阻尼器可以提供满足工程需要的阻尼力,且体积不大、造价不高、性能较好。On the basis of the study for the vibration frequency, mobile distance value, the influence of width of eddy plate on the performance of electromagnetic damper, the article designs and tests the performance of a new type of electromagnetic damper which superimposes multi-level magnetic box with multi-level eddy plates. The article also researches on the questions of the influence of enlarging the touching acreage between eddy plates and magnetic box on the performance of electromagnetic damper and whether can provide with the bigger damping force, The research results indicate that increasing the touching acreage between eddy plates and magnetic box can lead to the increasing of the damping force. The results show that the electromagnetic damper can give the damper force which meets the needs in the project and the features of small size, low cost and good perforce will make it much more market potential.
