摘　　要：本文阐述了江西省气象预警信息发布的背景,重点介绍了江西省气象预警信息处理与发布平台的整体设计,包括平台的主要功能、整体框架、业务应用,详细介绍了平台开发中应用的WAP Push关键技术。This paper introduces the background of meteorological pre-warning information announcement in Jiangxi province and mainly introduces the integral platform for meteorological pre-warning information process and distribution, including the main functions and frame of platform, etc. as well as WAP Push key technology in the design of the platform.
