摘  要:随着中德经济、文化、教育交往日益密切,复合型德语应用型人才的需求不断加大。江苏技术师范学院主动与德国先进的教育模式接轨,与德国梅泽堡应用科技大学联合办学,实行2+2人才培养模式;与德国F+U职业实训集团联合建立中德诺浩汽车实训基地,联合实训汽车维修方面的高技能人才;创办德语专业,为培养具有良好德语基础的跨学科的复合型人才搭建平台。学习德国先进的人才培养理念,创立国际化的人才培养模式。围绕以下三个特色展开研究:构建更具特色的中德合作办学机制,探索适合我校的国际合作办学模式,培养具有国际视野的复合型德语人才。With the closer Sino-German relationship in economy, culture, and education, the demand for interdisciplinary talents with good command of German is increasingly on the rise. Jiangsu Teachers University of Technology gears up with German's advanced education modes. At present, the University has initiated "2+2"cultivation program of international graduates with German Merseburg University of Applied Science. Besides, it has cooperated with German F+U Saxon Vocational Training Institute and set up a Sino-German Know-how Automobile Training Base to develop technical talents in automobile maintenance field. German Language Department has also been established to serve as a professional education foundation to cultivate more interdisciplinary talents with good command of German language. Accordingly, the international cultivation mode are set up by application of German's advanced education theories. This essay is focused on the ways how to set up a more practical Sino-German Cooperative education system, how to establish a more acceptable international cooperative cultivation mode, and how to develop more interdisciplinary talents with good command of German and international horizon.
