摘　　要：体制创新是高等教育改革的首要任务,在分析我国高等教育行政体制创新的必要性和可行性的基础上,分析比较了高等教育行政体制创新中强制性创新和诱制性创新两种不同的创新途径,并探讨了我国高等教育行政体制创新的模式选择问题。System innovation is the first task of higher education reform. On the basis of analyzing the necessity and feasibility of the innovation of China＇ s higher education administrative system, two different kinds of innovation ways about coercive innovation and induced innovation are analyzed and compared, the mode choice problem about China＇ s higher education administrative system innovation is discussed.
