摘　　要：北京奥运中餐的翻译实质是一种言语交际行为,也应遵循关联理论,即译者从原著者明示的交际行为中寻找最大关联,再把这种关联性传递给译文读者。本文通过示例阐述了北京奥运中餐的翻译中采取的语内增词引申、文外加注及隐义显译等顺应措施。As a kind of lingual communication, Chinese meals translating for Beijing 2008 Olympic Games should obey relevance theory. That is, translator should find maximal relevance from original author＇ s ostensive verbal interpretation and transfer it to translation reader. This paper expounds with examples means of Chinese meals translating for Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, such as adding words within English names of Chinese meals, explaining with notes and implicitness-to-explicitness translation.
