摘 要:元器件贴装顺序是影响贴片机工作效率的关键因素之一.针对拱架型贴片机,在建立贴装顺序数学模型基础上,采用改进混合蛙跳算法对贴装顺序进行优化,按照三角概率分布选择可能被改进蛙的策略,完成对基本混合蛙跳算法的改进.最后以3块PCB为例进行实验,实验结果表明,算法可以有效解决元件贴装顺序问题,并具有比基因遗传算法更高的准确性及效率.Component mounting sequence is critical to the efficiency of surface mounting machines. In this paper, a mathematical model of mounting sequence is specifically established for arch surface mounting machines. Furthermore, the improved hybrid frog-jumping algorithm is developed to optimize the mounting sequence. In this manner, the preference selection of triangular probability distribution is adapted based on the traditional hybrid frog-jumping algorithm. Finally, a case study on three printed circuit boards (PCBs) is conducted. From the experimental results, it is found that, compared with the genetic algorithm (GA), this approach possesses higher accuracy and efficiency to resolve the component mounting sequence problem.
