摘  要:以番茄为试验材料,对不同硒浓度对盐胁迫下番茄幼苗叶片渗透调节物质及根系活力等生理指标的影响进行研究。结果表明:硒能够降低和缓解盐胁迫对番茄植株的伤害;表现出植株干重增加显著、根系活力强。脯氨酸,可溶性糖含量以及膜脂过氧化程度显著降低;施硒水平在0.025~0.1mmol.L-1范围内具有较好减轻盐胁迫对番茄幼苗的危害的作用,其中尤以0.05mmol.L-1处理的缓解效果最好。A tomato was the trial material in this study.The purpose was to explore the impact of different concentrations of selenium to tomato of salt stress.The results show that selenium can reduce the harm to tomatoes by reducing and alleviating stress salt.plant performance of the dry weight increased significantly,with strong root activity,and Proline soluble sugar content and membrance lipd peroxidation decreased significantly Oxfam selenium levels range to 0.025~0.1mmol/L,which is better to reduce the degree scope of salt stress on the degree of tomato seedlings.In particular,0.05mmol/L the best choice.
