肝包虫资源库的标本采集及管理

摘　　要：探讨(规范化)包虫资源库的建库条件,标本的采集、保存和质量控制以及资源库的信息化管理。详细记录每例需手术的包虫住院病人的临床资料;手术时采集包虫组织(包括包虫外囊、内囊和周围组织)以及包虫患者的血清标本,分别按要求处理后-80℃冰箱保存。经病理检查后剩余的组织制作蜡块保存;并结合作者单位实际情况,开发一套包虫库的管理机制。2004年7月至2008年1月收集病人142例,每例病人取新鲜组织标本、血清标本、蜡块组织共计1782份,每份标本包括详细的临床、随访资料。随机抽样检测质量良好,并已实现信息化管理。包虫资源库的建立是开展相关研究的重要的基础性工作,科学的操作流程及管理方法可确保包虫资源库质量。To explore the conditions of the establishment of the hydatid resource bank, the methods of preparation and preservation of specimens, the quality control, and the management of hydatid resource bank. Hydatid tissues, including the hydatid outsides and their normal counterparts, were derived from surgery, the serum specimen of hydatid patients, then these specimen were stored in refrigerator at - 80℃. After pathologists completed the diagnostic procedures and verified that the sample would satisfy the diagnostic need, the residual hydatid tissues were embedded with paraffin. The clinical data, image data, follow-up data of every case were registered in detail with a set of information management system exploited by this hospital. 142 samples were stored from July 2004 to Jan 2008, with detailed data of every case. It is an important basic work to built a sample bank of hydatid resource for later research. The present program for hydatid tissue severance and storage is feasible and could supply the good-quality sample for further study. The establishment of hydatid bank is helpful in sharing information resources effectively.
