摘 要:为研究地锦草不同提取部位的体外抗皮肤癣菌作用。采用大孔吸附树脂梯度洗脱分离法对地锦草乙醇提取物进行洗脱分离,得到五个洗脱部位;根据美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)推荐的《产孢丝状真菌的液基稀释法抗真菌药物敏感性试验方案》(M38-A),测定地锦草5个提取部位对17株临床常见皮肤癣菌的最低抑菌浓度值(MIC)。结果表明地锦草5个提取部位均有显著的抗真菌作用,其抗真菌有效物质主要集中在20%乙醇和40%乙醇洗脱部分。由此可知,地锦草不同提取部位对试验菌株的生长具有明显地抑制作用。To study the antifungal effects of different extraction parts from Euphorbia humifusa in vitro, and measure the minimum inhibition concentrations(MICs). The five extraction parts of the Euphorbia humifusa were subjected to macroporous resin column eluted with gradient elution separation. Applied the standard approved by the national committee for clinical laboratory standards(NCCLS) :reference method for broth dilution antifungal susceptibility testing of filamentous fungi(M38-A), measured the MICs of different extraction parts from Euphorbia humifusa against 17 strains of common clinical dermatophytes. All of the five extraction parts from Euphorbia humifusa had obvious antifungal effects in vitro, their antifungal substance were centralized in 20% EtOH and 40% EtOH elution fractions.The five extraction parts from Euphorbia humifusa had antifungal activities against the tested strains in vitro.
