摘  要:利用数值模拟和仿真模型分别进行对比分析汽车后三角包边玻璃总成安装到车身上后玻璃的应力分布。分析了包边玻璃安装接触问题的特点,根据刚度矩阵合成变换法原理导出各安装弹性柱部位的位移方程和应力计算公式。在输入玻璃、包边PVC、亮饰条等物理参数的情况下,模拟得到变形后的玻璃和PVC应力分布图。设计出包边玻璃装配仿真模型,测量得到受到载荷作用下玻璃和包边的应变值,分析其应力分布,并与数值模拟结果相比较。结果表明,仿真结果和模拟结果一致,可以作为多零件装配应力场分析的依据。In order to investigate the stress distribution of the assembled rear glass with wrap in a car, the numerical simulation and simulation model methods were put forward. First, the contact problem was analyzed for the wrapped glass. The displacement and the stress equations of each elastic pole for position were deduced according to the stiffness matrix composite transformation method. After inputting the physical parameters of the glass, PVC, decorative strip, the deformed glass and PVC stress cloudy maps were obtained. By designing the simulation model of the glass with wrap for assembling and measuring the strain of the glass and PVC, the stress distribution was obtained. The test results were compared with the simulation results. It shows that these two methods are coincident, and it can be referred in multi-part assembling stress field analysis.
